Orders & Payment
• We accept major payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
• Orders are confirmed via email from us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases such as out-of-stock items or payment issues.
Shipping & Delivery
• We usually ship orders within 3–5 business days (exceptions may apply).
• International delivery may take longer; delays or losses caused by third-party carriers are not our responsibility, though we will assist where possible.
• Estimated delivery times are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
• Returnable item: Currently only the Drawabitch Nagato Hayase & Misakina Gatoro printed T-shirt.
• Non-returnable items: All other products, including custom, printed, and promotional items.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Eligible returns will be refunded via the original payment method.
