SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped from the United Kingdom and China.
We process and ship all orders within 1–4 business days.
During busy periods or public holidays, please allow extra time for your delivery, as courier services may experience delays.
Please note that our warehouses in the UK and China do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and which warehouse your order is shipped from. We currently fulfil orders from both the United Kingdom and China.
From Our UK Warehouse
• United Kingdom: usually delivered within 3 days
• Europe: typically 5-7 days, sometimes faster if the courier is efficient or the destination city is close to the warehouse
• Other regions: delivery may also be quicker when stock is available in the UK
From Our China Warehouse
• East Asia (Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan): usually 5–7 days
• Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.): generally within 1 week
• Europe (EU countries, UK when shipped from China, Eastern Europe, Russia): typically 7–10 days, sometimes faster depending on the courier and customs processing
• North America (United States, Canada, Mexico): typically 7–10 days
• South America (Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, etc.): approx. 7–10 days
• Oceania (Australia, New Zealand): approx. 7–10 days
• Middle East / West Asia (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Turkey, etc.): approx. 7–10 days
• Africa (Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Africa, etc.): approx. 7–10 days

BILLING AND SHIPPING DETAILS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or updated, as it immediately enters processing.
We will only ship to the shipping address provided at checkout, so please ensure that all shipping and billing details are correct and written in English.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or forwarding addresses.

Delivery windows are estimates only. Once your package has been collected by the courier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.
Orders shipped from our UK warehouse are typically delivered via Royal Mail.
Orders shipped from our China warehouse are shipped via YunExpress, 4PX or China Post, depending on destination and order size.
